E-Statement Agreement

To the extent that the Bank may have breached any provision of this Consent and Agreement, I agree that my sole remedy is to stop using this Service. I further agree that the Bank`s liability to me in all cases (whether in contract or tort) will be that which I have paid to the Bank in the last 90 days (if any) for this service. This consent and authorization supplements and modifies the terms of the bank`s deposit agreement and disclosure statement, as well as the online banking agreement and disclosure that I have previously entered into with the bank. I understand and agree that if I tick the box on the previous page, I will express my agreement with all of the above to the extent that this would have been the case if I had done so with a pen on paper. The Bank may, in its sole discretion, either charge a fee for printed materials as described in this Agreement or waive certain service fees if I consent to the electronic delivery of the materials described in this Agreement. I understand that my consent to receive electronic communications from you does not prevent you from sending me such communications in any other way, in addition to or in place of electronic communications, and that I may cease to receive electronic communications in favor of paper communications as specified herein. I understand that if emails sent to the email address provided to the Bank are returned undeliverable, the Bank may retrieve paper documents as described in this Agreement without obtaining or obtaining my consent before retrieving printed materials. Any service fees or fees described in the Service Fees section of this Agreement will apply. I expect my withdrawal to take effect at the time the bank receives it and has a reasonable opportunity to respond.

It is my sole responsibility to keep my username and password private and confidential. If I have forgotten my online banking username or password or need to reset my password, I must contact the bank at the phone numbers or addresses listed on the Contact Us page of the bank`s website. Do you have a computer or other device that can access the Internet and is able to retrieve and print statements and disclosures or store them on your computer or device? You can retrieve bank statements from the last 18 months, starting with the month in which your first electronic account statement is published online. Your first statement will be available in the first days of the month following your registration and will cover the month of your registration. A modem or preferably a broadband connection is required to connect to the bank`s website and receive emails. RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS AND STATEMENT INSERTS.

You will continue to receive mailings with the credit union`s newsletters and other important information. You cannot unsubscribe from these mailings. Newsletters are also available on our website. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. I understand that in the event that I withdraw my consent to electronic delivery, the Bank will not be able to deliver the documents electronically and deliver physical documents or the Bank will no longer offer me electronic delivery for any other reason, all service fees for printed documents will be charged and all service fees waived for electronic delivery, can no longer be issued.
